Ingredients
- 32 oz. Greek Yogurt
- 2 Cucumbers, deseeded, diced, and salted
- 6 Cloves Garlic, pressed
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Add additional olive oil and lemon juice to find your desired consistency. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
