Pan-fried Brussel Sprouts

  • ~15 Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut brussel sprouts in half and remove any dead leaves. Add sprouts, 1 tablespoon butter, onion, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to a pan and cook covered over med-high heat for 4 minutes. Add another tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper to taste, stir, and cook till crisp tender.
